"And He came out, and went, as He wont, to the Mount of Olives; and His disciples also followed Him. And when He was at the place, He said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation. And He was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, saying, Father, if Thou be willing, remove this cup from Me; nevertheless not my will, but Thine, be done. And there appeared an angel unto Him from heaven, strengthening Him"
St. Luke 22: 39-43
When we pray according to the Father's will, we will always find that His strength awaits us and He will give us peace in our prayers that He will answer us in accordance to what's best for us. We may not understand right away, but we will be at peace in the process of His working.
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world; but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God"
Romans 12: 1-2

We know that it's the Father's will for us to live and completely serve Him with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength. He seeks not a sacrifice of goats and bulls anymore, but a mind void of worldly living and total obedience to Him. We won't go wrong when we pray according to His word and walk in obedience to what it says. (Psalm 119:105) How wonderful it is to know that when we pray according to His will that God will be delighted to answer our prayers.
